Consultations
Consultations are free and limited to 15 minutes and can be scheduled via Facetime, Text Message, Call, or In Person (Please specify in the "message" when booking).

Consultations are required for all new guests.
Appointments
After the Consultation, or for returning clients, an appointment can be made via my booking site. Appointments are only secured upon receipt of deposit.
Response Times
DM's, Texts, Voicemails, and Emails will be responded to as soon as possible in the order received. Please allow a week before your desired appointment day. If I have not responded yet, responses typically will be sent out on Sundays or Mondays every week. Do not hesitate to reach out to me earlier in the week, but please be patient if responses are delayed.
Deposits
Appointments are booked and confirmed after receipt of deposit. All deposits are non refundable. A 50% deposit is required for all services.
Deposits can be transferred when rescheduling at least 2 days prior, but NO REFUNDS.

Cancellations
Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule with no penalty. No shows or last minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged $20 in order to book in the future.
If you are late, after 15 mins the appointment may be cancelled. The deposit will not be refunded, but transferred to a rescheduled appointment. If I need to cancel the appointment due to my own fault, the deposit will be refunded within 3-5 days.
Hair Requirements
For all Braided styles, you must come to your appointment shampooed, flake free, and completely blown out from root to tip with no tangles. Other than heat protectant, do not put any oils or other products in your hair.
If you prefer me to wash your hair please specify in the "message" box at the time of booking. If your hair is tangled or dirty, appropriate fees will be charged and/or the appointment will be cancelled.

All Previous styles must be taken down unless you are being serviced for a "takedown".
After Hours and Traveling
I have very flexible hours and days. With that said, if requesting evening weekday and weekend hours please book ahead. I may not have the hours available less than 1-2 weeks out.

Traveling is done on a case by case basis and will only apply to services $50 or more.
A "Traveling Fee" of $1 per mile will be charged, not to exceed $40-- plus $20 for time. For Example, $100 service + $26 mile fee + $20 time fee = $146 total.
